What We Need to Negotiate

We can negotiate almost any monthly recurring bill, and we need very little information from you! In most cases, we will only need a full copy of your most recent bill to get started. The bill should include every page so that we have the account holder’s full name, full address, phone number, account number and itemization of the current services on the account. In some cases, we will need a little more information like a numeric PIN, the last four digits of the account holder’s Social Security number, or the account holder’s date of birth for secure over-the-phone access.

In every case though, we only ask for the information that the provider requests from us, and we only ever use that information to call and negotiate with your provider as necessary.
