SiriusXM Negotiations and Invoicing

When you submit your SiriusXM bill, we will search for promotional offers and payment options that will reduce your monthly rate for your current services. The best rates usually come with upfront payment. We’ll negotiate an offer for an upfront cost for a set duration of service, and we’ll get your consent before authorizing SiriusXM to charge you upfront at your new, reduced rate.

Alternatively, if you’ve already paid upfront for service and have a substantial credit balance at the time we negotiate, you may receive a refund. We do not charge for the refunds resulting from our negotiations — we only charge based on the reduction we negotiate from your old renewal rate to the new renewal rate.

Since SiriusXM negotiations usually involve a one-time transaction, we normally invoice upfront for SiriusXM savings. However, in cases where we switch you to a month-to-month promotional offer, we will invoice monthly by default.

Monthly invoicing is a payment option for 50% of the total savings, and invoices will not be synchronized with your provider’s billing date.
