We take safety and security very seriously, and we always make sure that your information is taken care of. We protect your information using bank-level, 256-bit encryption and we only use that information to access your accounts and negotiate on your behalf.
Your bills themselves are securely stored on Amazon Web Services and you can read more about their security here. Even our own internal access to your bills expires and rotates every five minutes. Any access to our site either as a customer or an employee forces HTTPS that uses SSL/TLS validation. Our credit card processing is done by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available for payments, and you can read about their security here. Any email communication to us is handled either by Freshworks, whose security you can read about here, or Google, whose security you can read about here.
We do not sell or share any of your personal information.
Transferring information through our website or via email is 100% safe, but you are welcome to give our Customer Experience team a call to provide sensitive information over the phone if you prefer.
If you believe you’ve identified a potential security issue, we encourage responsible disclosure as part of our security policies. You can contact us at security@billfixers.com or read a little bit more here.
